Aubenton, August 2025
The last weekend in August, I went to visit Gérard's cousins in Aubenton, a small village in the region of La Thiérache (a region nobody's heard of) near Belgium. We went to visit other cousins in the neighboring small town of Hirson. Despite its small size and the fact that it's in the middle of nowhere, you might think that you were in Paris! They have an avenue des Champs-Élysées!!! This is the avenue des Champs-Élysées in Hirson! And after strolling down the Champs-Élysées, how about going to see the Mona Lisa?!
