Welcome to Rosie's travel blog!

I am starting this blog so that my family and friends who aren't on Facebook will be able to follow my travels, especially my next trip to Japan.

I'm not going to Japan until May 2020 but it will probably take me that long to figure out how blogging works! In the meantime, I'll practice with posts about Paris because sometimes the best journeys are right in your own backyard.

I'm posting as Rosie Glow, my old art school pseudonym. The title of my blog - Rosie Takes a Trip - is in reference to Granny Takes a Trip, a fabulous psychedelic clothing shop on Kings Road in London in the 1960s!
